工艺简介：辊锻是材料在一对反向旋转模具的作用下产生塑性变形得到所需锻件或锻坯的塑性成形工艺。 工艺优势：具有工作载荷较小，材料消耗少，质量优越，生产效率高，振动和噪音小的优点，比模锻具有更高的技术经济优越性。 工艺应用：可用于生产连杆﹑麻花钻头﹑扳手﹑道钉﹑锄﹑镐和透平叶片等。 主要设备：400T和200T辊锻机。 The Roll Forging Process: The materials under the action of apair of counter-rotating mould emerge plastic deformation to get the requiredforging parts.
